Changes to advance care directives

NEWS: Victoria’s new Medical Treatment Planning and Decisions Act 2016 commenced this week on 12 March 2018. This will bring about some key changes to how medical decisions are made for people who do not have capacity to make their own decisions. The new legislation applies to all registered health practitioners and paramedics.

New Learning Management System

Cancer Council Victoria has adopted a new Learning Management System (LMS), allowing us to deliver a range of training and courses online. This will provide greater flexibility, along with new options to support our facilitators and program volunteers. We would like to hear about your preferred learning style and invite you to complete a short 6 question survey. Survey closes 15 April, 2018 at 5pm.
