Empowering you to build financial resilience.
Our Financial Counselling Program provides people affected by cancer with access to a financial counsellor who can provide practical advice and guidance to help manage the cost of cancer.
Our financial counsellor can answer questions around public and private healthcare, out-of-pocket costs, government benefits, superannuation, insurance, credit and debt issues and can even be a direct advocate with creditors where needed.
They act as an advocate and coach, to empower people through information, so you can make informed decisions about your health and long-term financial security.
People affected by cancer can access our financial counselling program by calling 13 11 20 to find out more. Some criteria applies. It’s confidential, independent and free for all Victorians.
