Our policy work

Alcohol Change Vic

Alcohol Change Vic is a collaboration of health and allied agencies that share concerns about the harmful impacts of the alcohol industry and its products in Victoria.  Alcohol Change Vic campaigns for policy change to protect the community from the harm the alcohol industry causes, and to provide balance to the industry’s aggressive marketing and normalisation of alcoholic products.

Cancer Council Australia

As Australia's peak national non-government cancer control organisation, Cancer Council Australia advises the Australian Government and other bodies on practices and policies to help prevent, detect and treat cancer.

National Alliance for Action on Alcohol

The National Alliance for Action on Alcohol (NAAA) is a coalition of more than 20 health and community organisations from across Australia that formed with the goal of reducing alcohol-related harm. The NAAA focuses on advocating for policy reform around the issues of alcohol pricing and taxation, alcohol marketing and promotions, and access and availability of alcohol. The NAAA has developed position statements on these issues and regularly makes submissions to relevant public inquiries.
