The Macedonian Community Welfare Association
The Macedonian Community Welfare Association is a state-wide not-for-profit community organisation that aims to provide high quality and culturally sensitive support services. Initially servicing the Macedonian speaking community, it has since grown to serve the wider Victorian community.The organisation remains a leading service provider of health and wellbeing in the Macedonian community. It offers in-home care, brokerage support, private nursing assistance, independent living assistance, a Home and Community Care Program for Younger People as well as being an NDIS provider.Its extensive range of respectful support include social outings, cleaning, meal preparation, respite care, companionship, home maintenance, medication assistance, clinical care and carers support, among many other services.The organisation also offers interpreter, translation, cultural advisory and education services, as well as providing links to external agencies that provide support to the community.
