The Bottom Line

Australian Federation of AIDS Organisations

The Bottom Line website is a resource for gay and other men who have sex with men. Gay men, and particularly HIV-positive gay men, are at a greater risk of developing some HPV-related cancers when compared to the general population. The online resource includes extensive information about HPV and related diseases, screening for anal cancer and understanding results, as well as diagnosis and treatment for anal cancer. It also offers personal experience stories, contact details and referrals to support organisations for anal cancer and cancer more broadly, and services and information for gay men and HIV-positive people living across Australia. The Bottom Line website and campaign was funded by bioCSL, and established and administered by the Australian Federation of AIDS Organisations (AFAO) and the National Association of People with HIV Australia (NAPWHA).
