State-wide Equipment Program (SWEP)

The State-wide Equipment Program (SWEP) provides eligible consumers with assistance towards the cost of various assistive technology items and products. It aims to improve independence in the home, enhance community participation and support families and carers in their role. Referral for this service must be made by a registered practitioner.
