Multicultural Centre For Women's Health
The Multicultural Centre For Women's Health is a community-based, not-for-profit organisation making women's health work for migrant and refugee women. With a strong belief in health equity and education, the organisation increases migrant and refugee women's opportunities for health and wellbeing in Australia through education, advocacy and leadership. It takes an intersectional, feminist and collaborative approach to its work, which is led by, for and with women.The organisation runs services including a health education program and PACE leadership program, as well as offering extensive online multilingual COVID-19 information and a virtual library of health resources made for migrant and refugee communities in languages other than English or easy to read English.
