Laughter sessions, in groups or one-on-one, can help people manage their mental health, pain, and stress levels by providing a safe aerobic exercise workout that anyone can do anytime and anywhere. It provides an increase in oxygen levels and blood flow, and once experienced can be practised alone to improve mood. Laughter Yoga Australia runs a range of workshops, programs, and trainings which can be delivered in person or online, for as short or long a time as required, and are tailored to each client's needs.
