Lake Tyers Health and Children's Services is the Aboriginal community controlled health organisation based at Lake Tyers Aboriginal Trust.It provides a wide range of high-quality holistic health services free of charge by a dedicated team of qualified and experienced health workers, who are committed to empowering the community to stay healthy by equipping them with knowledge and information so they can better manage their own health.Available services include alcohol and drug counselling and referral, diabetes education, Elders group, home and community care, maternal and child health, medication and Webster Pack delivery, men's health, needle syringe program, pathology, physiotherapy, podiatry, and social and emotional counselling and referral, among others. The organisation also operates a number of visiting outreach services.
