Common Survivorship Issues Directory

Australian Cancer Survivorship Centre

The Common Survivorship Issues Directory is for cancer survivors, their carers, friends, families and health professionals. It provides information and tools to support survivors to access evidence-based and quality survivorship care. The directory is divided into 15 common survivorship issues. For each issue, the directory provides links and contacts for clinical services at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, and other clinical services in the Parkville precinct, including at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and the Royal Women's Hospital. Resources, including fact sheets, videos and podcasts as well as survivorship projects are also listed online. These are suitable for most survivors based outside of Melbourne.
