Australian Council of Stoma Associations Inc.
The Australian Council of Stoma Associations is the national body representing 21 ostomy associations and, through the membership of these associations, people living with an ostomy throughout Australia. It provides extensive online information about living well with a stoma, the Stoma Appliance Scheme and the National Public Toilet Map, as well as tailored resources for kids, teens, carers and loved ones, and connections to stomal therapists and support groups.The association acts as the voice for stoma associations and ostomates when liaising with government departments, ostomy product suppliers, and related groups, and provides an advocacy and information service to associations and their members.
