This program runs for two weeks on Tuesday 23 and Tuesday 30 October and you are invited to attend both sessions.
Hear presentations from health professionals about:
- Getting the most out of your healthcare team
- Dealing with treatments and side effects
- Learning how to relax and manage stress
- Communicating with family, friends and colleagues
You'll also have the opportunity to share stores and tips with others going through a similar experience.
