Cancer Council Online Community

Cancer Council Australia

The Cancer Council Online Community is a safe and supportive online discussion site for people affected by cancer, their carers and families. The Online Community includes discussion forums, where members can engage with one another in supportive conversations which can be read by anyone; blogs, which is a shared online journal where people can post diary entries about their personal experiences; and online support groups, which are usually dedicated to a single subject area or purpose. Topics covered can range from cancer treatment and side effects, family dynamics, sex and relationships, the impact on carers of someone with cancer, among several others. Joining the community is free and contact details are kept confidential.
