Austin Clinical Genetics Service provides genetic counselling to help people make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing through genetic diagnosis, counselling and support. Run by Austin Health, the service is comprised of a team of clinical geneticists, genetic counsellors, medical oncologists and support staff, who work together with other Austin Health specialists. Appointments are government funded and there are no out-of-pocket costs for attending an appointment. The service also runs a family cancer clinic.
