The Bendigo and District Aboriginal Co-operative represents and provides services to local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and the Dja Dja Wurrung community, which includes the regional city of Bendigo and the surrounding districts of Boort, Redesdale and Creswick. The co-operative aims to improve the quality of life and be a lead agency in providing employment and career pathways for Aboriginal people. It offers services including a medical clinic, as well as health and wellbeing, children, family, housing and justice support.
