New Enterprise Agreement

A great achievement for employees at the end of 2024 was the approval of the new Cancer Council Victoria Enterprise Agreement.

An overwhelming 88 per cent of employees voted, with 94 per cent (of those who voted) voting in favour of the Agreement which provides employees with significant benefits including up to three days of paid leave between Christmas and New Year, guaranteed minimum yearly salary increases, gender affirmation leave, additional cultural leave for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff and more. The Enterprise Agreement reflects our organisation’s core values and ensures we can support our employees during their career with us.
