Run Melbourne 2019

Sunday 28 July Join the team

Join Team Cancer Council Victoria in this year’s Run Melbourne and help make a real difference to the more than 200,000 Victorians living with cancer.

Run Melbourne is a chance to challenge yourself, set new limits and reduce your cancer risk by being physically active. There are events for all fitness levels:

We are the only charity that works across every aspect of cancer; we help people from the point of diagnosis through to treatment and beyond.

Gary FreemanI lost my mother in January 2013, after she was diagnosed with an inoperable cancer.  Around this time, I started running and one of my goals was to participate in an organised fun run. I enjoyed participating in the event and could not have achieved so much without the support of my dedicated supporters and Cancer Council Victoria.

I am looking forward to running again this year in support of Cancer Council Victoria and I hope to raise as much money as possible for them.

We still have a big mountain to climb, but together, we can make a difference.

Gary Freeman, Cancer Council Victoria Champion
