This committee oversights and advises the Board on the financial affairs of Cancer Council Victoria, including management of property and other assets. It also oversees compliance with a range of statutory obligations and the management of organisational risks, and advises the Board in those respects.
Members are appointed by the Board and the Committee charter is approved by the Board.
