Constitutional DNA methylation: a new paradigm for predisposition to lung cancer

Project Description

Most lung cancers present as metastatic disease meaning that curative treatment is not an option. DNA methylation analysis is one option that may enable early diagnosis. The importance of this study is that screening and early detection is most effectively done when high-risk groups are identified.
