This financial stress adds to the worry of being diagnosed with cancer and can sometimes feel overwhelming. Cancer Council Victoria can help.

We have just released Cancer and Your Finances - a booklet that offers information on solutions to financial challenges along with details of a whole range of support services.

For those experiencing financial hardship as a result of a cancer diagnosis, Cancer Council Victoria provides a service that matches clients to appropriate service providers including:

  • Legal Referral Service
  • Financial Planning Referral Service
  • Workplace Advisory Service
  • Small Business Advice Service

These programs are offered by professionals who volunteer their time to help clients who cannot afford to pay for advice.
