Tobacco and alcohol use among Australian secondary school students (ASSAD)

The study aims to obtain prevalence estimates of tobacco smoking and alcohol drinking among secondary schoolchildren throughout Australia at three-yearly intervals since 1996, to obtain prevalence estimates of secondary students' use of illicit substances and non-prescription pain killers. The survey is conducted every three years.
