Tobacco and alcohol use among Australian secondary school students (ASSAD)

Project Description

The study aims to obtain prevalence estimates of tobacco smoking and alcohol drinking among secondary schoolchildren throughout Australia at three-yearly intervals. Since 1996, to obtain prevalence estimates of secondary students' use of illicit substances and non-prescription pain killers. In 2008, the ninth survey in this series was conducted.
