The Supporters' Hotline, located in events, is the first point of contact for all fundraising enquiries. A team of over 40 volunteers answer approximately 25,000 calls per year. This role provides an opportunity to develop your customer service skills through the taking of inbound calls to the Cancer Council's telephone service - Supporters' Hotline and making outbound calls to our existing supporters and completing varied administrative tasks for fundraising teams.

The Volunteer Fundraising Customer Service Assistant would be required to work from 9.00 am-4.00 pm. There is flexibility on what day of the week is worked, however, at this stage we need volunteers to work on Tuesday or Wednesday.
A minimum of six months commitment would be preferable.
