Wig service

Cancer Council Victoria's Wig Service Losing your hair as a result of treatment can be very challenging and many people find that a well-fitting wig can provide a greater sense of self-confidence during this time.

Our Wig Service offers people undergoing cancer treatment who can't afford a wig the chance to come in and be fitted with a free synthetic wig.

Our friendly cancer nurses will help you choose a flattering wig, fit it correctly and provide advice on wig maintenance and care. You are welcome to bring someone with you for support.

To make an appointment or get more information, call us on 13 11 20 or email askanurse@cancervic.org.au. Enquiries from patients, family and friends are welcome.

Our Wig Service is located at 615 St Kilda Road, Melbourne. It is open Monday to Friday during business hours.
