Support services

Cancer Council Victoria provides a range of free information and support services to help manage the impact of cancer.

You can speak with a friendly, experienced Cancer Council nurse for confidential discussions about anything cancer related, and also:

  • Access up-to-date online and printed information
  • Connect with support services for financial, legal, workplace, transport, accommodation and respite needs
  • Receive one-on-one or group support from others who’ve been through similar experiences (over the phone, online or in person)

You can access these services whether you have cancer, have had it in the past, or are concerned about your cancer risk. Family, friends and colleagues are also very welcome to get in touch for information and support.

Call 13 11 20 or email askanurse@cancervic.org.au to find out more.
