Together with our Clinical Network we've contributed to the development of national clinical practice guidelines through the Australian Cancer Network and National Breast Cancer Centre.
These guides for managing cancer treatment were extensively reviewed and endorsed by the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC).

In contrast to clinical practice guidelines, which guide appropriate practice and decision making, the patient management frameworks are guides to the patient journey and descriptions of the care pathway to ensure patients and families are supported.
The Victorian Government encouraged their development in collaboration with practitioners, consumers and carers. They're based on current best practice and are a statement of consensus as to currently accepted treatments.
