Description
The Thursday Girls group meets weekly on a Thursday from 10:30am at a community venue in Box Hill South. It is a support group for women with advanced breast cancer, facilitated by qualified and experienced social workers. They run two groups and these are a hybrid model. There is no fixed agenda for group sessions. Topic for discussion depend on what is brought up by the members. There is also a strong social component and after the group members meet up for an informal morning tea. It is free to attend this group.
