Researchers at the University of Zurich accepted funding from Philip Morris International and have produced a report claiming that plain packaging hasn't impacted on youth smoking rates in Australia.
Cancer Council Victoria's critique of the report shows among other things a breathtaking error of logic by the report's authors.
