Quit smoking: Breathe Well
Free Quit smoking sessions are available in metropolitan Melbourne.
Sessions have been designed for community groups and can be presented in Arabic, Cantonese, Dinka, Greek, Hindi, Italian, Macedonian, Mandarin, Punjabi, Swahili, Turkish, Vietnamese and plain English. Other languages are available with an interpreter.
These sessions provide information about the benefits of quitting, how smoking affects your health and where to get help to stop smoking.

Reduce Risk: Live Well sessions
Reduce Risk: Live Well sessions promote healthy lifestyle behaviours and increase awareness of shared risk factors for cancer, type 2 diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.

- Move well
- Live well
- Breathe well
The Reduce Risk: Live Well pilot sessions have finished, but community groups can now download resources to deliver this session in their preferred language. Resources are available in Arabic, Chinese (Simplified), Greek, Italian, Macedonian, Spanish, Turkish, Vietnamese and English.
