This two-day masterclass is aimed at health professionals, researchers, policy makers and front-line clinicians who seek guidance and inspiration on healthcare improvement. The masterclass will be facilitated by experts in the field who will guide participants seeking to initiate their own implementation projects and support those currently involved in healthcare improvement projects.
The course includes an overview of the Australian health services context, implementation science approaches, evidence synthesis, stakeholder engagement and co-design of implementation projects with service users.
