Held on March 27 on behalf of the Victorian Department of Health and sponsored by CCV Clinical Network, the Victorian Cancer Survivorship Program piloted six evidence based survivorship models of post treatment cancer care.
The projects have been conducted across a number of health services, including both metropolitan and regionals services, and incorporating primary care and community organisations. The key project interventions, evaluation findings, resources, and recommendations were presented.
The program provided participants an opportunity to contribute to the future direction of cancer survivorship initiatives in Victoria.
More information on the Victorian Cancer Survivorship Program can be found here. Presentations will be available on the Australian Cancer Survivorship Centre website in the coming weeks.
