WIRE is a free information and referral service for women, non-binary and gender diverse people of all backgrounds and experiences in Victoria. It provides a range of support services to assist with issues including family violence, financial abuse, housing and more.The organisation works within a feminist framework, recognising the resilience and resourcefulness of the person, taking the time to listen and respecting the diverse experiences and different ways a person may choose to resolve their circumstances.WIRE strongly believes women and gender diverse people have a right to make informed decisions and choices about their own lives. It works to influence social change and acts to overcome structural inequalities.
