Vision Australia

Vision Australia is a leading national provider of blindness and low vision services. The not-for-profit organisation supports and works with Australians of all ages who are blind or have low vision, helping them live the life they choose. Services are tailored to individuals to empower independence, and include support for wellbeing, education and employment, moving about the community, living at home and social recreation. It also provides a range of technology and training, support for health professionals, a radio station and podcasts, and the Seeing Eye Dog program. Vision Australia offers services online and at centres located in Victoria, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia. It also runs outreach programs in the Northern Territory and Tasmania, and advocates for social change as a major participant and partner in the international blindness community.
