Pinc & Steel Cancer Rehabilitation Foundation

The Pinc & Steel Cancer Rehabilitation Foundation is dedicated to helping anyone with any type of cancer. Treatments for cancer can be extremely tough and often result in physical impairments and reduction in quality of life. Empirical evidence shows that exercise is linked with improved physical and psychological functioning, quality of life, and prognosis for men and women with cancer. Exercise therapy is an important component of recovery from cancer and the effects of its surgery. Surgery, chemotherapy and hormone therapy can cause extreme de-conditioning and fatigue, and exercise helps to correct these debilitation problems.
