The Murray Valley Aboriginal Cooperative is a not-for-profit organisation that is committed to improving the health and welfare of Aboriginal people in Robinvale and the Murray Valley districts of northern Victoria.With a key focus on self-determination, empowerment and resilience, the organisation provides information and access to culturally appropriate support services and programs for Aboriginal communities.This includes aged care, child care, health care, housing, employment, social and emotional wellbeing and legal advice, among others.The organisation aims to provide services that are beneficial to, and consistent with, the core values of Aboriginality. It encourages community collaboration and contribution to Indigenous assistance programs, and actively promotes Aboriginal cultural and family values.
