Meals on Wheels plays a crucial role in supporting the health and wellbeing of thousands of older Victorians each year. Providing front-line, early intervention and prevention in the home, the organisation supports well-nourished and independent communities through the delivery of nutritious meals, social connection and wellbeing checks across its 87 service locations. As the peak state body, the organisation represents the community of grassroots services across Victoria dedicated to the wellbeing, connection and independence of the most vulnerable. It is also committed to the continuous improvement, promotion, and sharing of information and ideas for all Meals on Wheels providers throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria.
