Funeral Celebrants Association Australia is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to funeral celebrancy in Australia. It is a professional development, training and promotional support network for funeral celebrants across the country.The association has various responsibilities including promoting the role, work and status of professional funeral celebrants in Australia; fostering ongoing professional development and training; reviewing and updating the code of practice; and lobbying government, regulators, industry associations and other related bodies on relevant industry issues.It also offers an online directory of celebrants, which can be filtered by name, state, region and languages spoken. Members of the association offer high level, professional and ethical funeral and memorial services to clients, in line with its code of practice.
