The Fair Work Ombudsman is Australia's workplace regulator. It helps employees and employers understand their workplace rights and responsibilities, and provides support to resolve workplace issues. Services offered by the Fair Work Ombudsman are free and available to everybody working or employing in Australia. It provides advice and assistance about workplace rights and responsibilities, including minimum wages, sick and carer's leave, flexibility in the workplace, and protection from discrimination at work, among other topics.
