Information and support for those moving from clinical treatment to wellness. It is also suitable for those on hormone or ongoing treatments.
This program runs each Wednesday with two morning sessions available at 9.15am or 10.15am. You can start at any time and come for eight weeks.
This eight-week program can help you, and those around you, develop practical strategies for managing life now and moving to wellness.
Each week you will participate in a one-hour exercise session and a one-hour education session.
Over the eight weeks you will hear presentations from health professionals, and engage in discussions about:
- Recovery and exercise
- Fatigue and cancer treatment
- Health and wellbeing plans
- Eating well
- Wellbeing and relationships
- Finances and work
- Your GP and your health
- Foot health
- Complementary therapies
- Local services
You'll get the opportunity to share stories and tips with others going through a similar experience. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
