This free program can help you, and those around you, develop practical strategies for managing life now and moving to wellness. The program runs for two weeks on Tuesdays from 10.00am to 2.00pm and you are invited to attend both sessions.
Hear presentations from health professionals, and participate in discussions about:
- Adjusting to physical and emotional changes after cancer treatment
- Working with your GP to adopt a healthly lifestyle
- Returning to work and managing the financial impacts of cancer
- Connecting to support services in the community
You'll get the opportunity to share stories and tips with others going through a similar experience. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
