Our Rainbow Committee, a subset of our Diversity and Inclusion Committee, plays a vital role in fostering inclusivity within our organisation, educating and engaging employees on LGBTIQA+ issues through a variety of celebrations and events.
For Wear It Purple Day, an initiative that strives to foster supportive, safe, empowering and inclusive environments for rainbow young people, the Rainbow Committee and our SOCO (Social) Committee hosted a Wear It Purple Trivia Night. Over 100 employees donned various shades of purple throughout the day and gathered for a lively after-hours event in the social area of our office.
Events like bring our community together in meaningful and fun ways while reinforcing the importance of acceptance and understanding.
