One in two Australians will be diagnosed with cancer by age 85. They're people just like Morgyn Glyndwr, who was diagnosed with cancer at just 2 years of age.

In this video, Morgyn's grandmother Anne Lindell describes the devastating effect Morgyn's cancer diagnosis had on the family.

"Morgyn went into the Royal Children's Hospital for what we had hoped would be a fairly routine procedure," Ms Lindell said.

"However, it turned out to be devastating news - my daughter looked at me, and she just said in a very clear voice, 'Mum, I don't know how to tell you this, but Morgyn's got cancer'," she said.

Ms Lindell is calling on all Victorians to help families like her own by buying a daffodil on Daffodil Day, Friday 28 August. For more information, visit
