Three telephone helpline staffIf you need an interpreter, please call the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) on 13 14 50 and ask them to telephone the Cancer Council Victoria Helpline on 13 11 20.

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 6 pm.

What information is available?

Callers can listen to cancer information recorded in their own language. They can also connect to a cancer nurse, assisted by an interpreter.
