Investigating the requirement of pro-survival Bcl-2 family proteins in leukaemia

Project Description

This project investigates a group of genes that regulate cell death and that can contribute to tumour development and sustained tumour growth after therapy. A better understanding of the function of these genes will help to identify new cancer therapies.
