1. You have sought prior written permission from webmanager@cancervic.org.au before using the image/s.
2. Where the photographer wishes to assert his/her moral rights to be acknowledged as the artist, you have met this requirement for written acknowledgement.
3. You must only use the image for the purpose of news or current affairs reporting in relation to Cancer Council Victoria.
4. Except as provided in paragraph 3, you must not use the images for any other purpose, including without limitation any commercial purposes such as advertising and business brochures.
5. You must not alter the images you source from this website in any way without prior written permission from Cancer Council Victoria, other than to crop them in the normal course to meet formatting requirements.
6. If you source images from the Historical Photos collection for publication, you must publish an accompanying written acknowledgment of Cancer Council Victoria for providing the images.
7. Intellectual property rights in all images from this website remain with Cancer Council Victoria or the photographer contracted by us, and you must take all action reasonably necessary to protect these intellectual property rights.
8. Cancer Council Victoria may vary these terms and conditions from time to time. Any new version of these terms and conditions will be updated on this page.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applying in the State of Victoria, Australia.
