Clare Oliver: No Tan is Worth Dying For

Clare Oliver died of melanoma in September 2007 and was part of a brave public awareness campaign to raise awareness of the dangers of tanning and skin cancer.

Clare Oliver: In one week and a bit it's my 26th birthday and I sit here and I don't even know whether I'm going to make that. Look at me. What do you chose?

I think I chose life. I chose to be fair and to travel the world and not die at the age of 26, because I don't want to. That's part and parcel with melanoma.

Narrator: No tan is worth dying for. Protect yourself in 5 ways from skin cancer.
