Council

The Council appoints members to the Executive Committee (Board), the Finance Committee and the Appeals Committee. It meets annually to receive commitee reports and audited financial statements.

Council comprises appointees from many medical and research organisations, as determined by the Cancer Act, as well as non-specialist community representatives. (See our glossary of medical and professional acronyms for details of qualifications).
