Governance

We're governed by a Council, with delegated authority to an Executive Committee (Board) and several sub-committees.

Constituted by the Cancer Act (1958) in Victoria, we're required to report to Parliament, but are not classified as a public entity or part of the public service. Our accounts are audited by the Auditor-General and financial reports published in our Annual Reviews.
